Game Use & Security Policy
Updated September 10, 2026
This policy applies to the Crazy Kart Classic - Global website, launcher, game client, accounts, and game servers operated by Dope Solutions. By accessing or using these services, you agree to follow these rules.
Play fairly. Do not inspect, alter, automate, attack, or misuse the game or its services.
Prohibited activity
You must not perform, assist, encourage, advertise, sell, or distribute:
- Cheats, hacks, trainers, bots, macros, scripts, automation, or unauthorized modifications.
- Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, debugging, memory inspection, or extraction of game or service code and data.
- Packet interception, modification, replay, redirection, emulation, or other unauthorized interaction with game traffic or protocols.
- Bypassing or disabling authentication, account-session limits, launcher updates, file verification, security controls, or access restrictions.
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage, duplicate or alter items or currency, manipulate rankings or race results, access another account, or disrupt service.
- Operating or connecting the client to an unauthorized server, or distributing altered client, launcher, update, or server files.
- Scanning, attacking, overloading, or attempting unauthorized access to any website, database, account, server, or supporting infrastructure.
These restrictions apply unless an activity is authorized in advance in writing by Dope Solutions.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you encounter a bug, exploit, or security issue during normal use, stop testing it and contact an Administrator privately through the official Crazy Kart Classic - Global Discord. Do not exploit it, share reproduction details publicly, or access data that is not your own. Testing requires written authorization before it begins.
Enforcement
Dope Solutions may investigate suspected violations and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts; remove illegitimate progress, currency, or items; restrict access; and preserve or disclose relevant records when required by law. Serious or repeated violations may be acted on without prior notice.
Serious abuse may be reported to the relevant authorities, and Dope Solutions may pursue legal remedies where permitted by applicable law.
Device identifiers and security records
The game connector sends a game-specific hashed device identifier for account security, abuse investigations, and staff-managed device restrictions. On Windows this is derived from a system firmware identifier or Windows installation identifier where available. Wine and fallback installations use an installation-specific random identifier. Raw hardware identifiers, computer names, MAC addresses, and disk serial numbers are not sent.
We link this identifier to successful account logins and record connection IP addresses, timestamps, and moderation actions. Device links are retained for up to 180 days since last use and audit history targets 90 days, subject to periodic cleanup and investigation needs. Active restrictions remain until they expire or staff remove them. Access is restricted to staff; these records are not published in player lists or Discord notices.
A shared device is not proof of cheating. Contact an Administrator through the official Discord for questions, shared-computer cases, or an appeal of a device restriction. This system does not install a kernel driver, scan your processes, or copy your files.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated as the game and its security controls change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
